Rev. Dr. Henry A. Asedeko may not be a man who courts media attention, but his 85th birthday celebration did create a lovely and warm spectacle in Iju Ishaga, Agege, Lagos State.
Today, Saturday, June 15th, 2024, his residence inside Ajowa street named Rev. Henry crescent, was filled with dignitaries, who thronged the venue to celebrate with the Asedeko friends and family.
The celebration of Rev. Asedeko, a renowned spiritual leader and icon, was a testament to his enduring impact on the lives of countless people.
In his remarks, he expressed his appreciation for the outpouring of love and support, emphasizing the importance of living a life dedicated to serving God and others.
“Oh my goodness, I feel so good, so nice so amazing so glorious… Anything you can refer to joy and happiness,” Rev. Asedeko said as he expressed his affection for his well-wishers.

Looking regal and outstanding, the venue witnessed an array of cars and dignitaries who partied with Rev. Asedeko and his family.
The reception had an array of wines, drinks, and food that whetted guests’ appetites throughout the party.
Earlier, a church service to commemorate the birthday celebration held at the Great Commission International Missionary Church.
The service kicked off with a praise and worship session led by Mrs Rebecca Ikechukwu which had the celebrant dancing in with joy.
There was also a performance by invited choristers from the Redeemed Christian Church of God (House of Dunamis) anchored by AJ Praise.
These events were followed by prayers for the continued success and wellbeing of the celebrant, Rev. Asedeko.
