BREAKING: Tinubu Appoints Abdullahi Usman as New NAHCON Chairman
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has sacked Jalal Arabi from his role as Chairman of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) and has appointed Professor Abdullahi Saleh Usman as the new Executive Chairman.
EKO HOT BLOG reports that Jalal Arabi is currently facing a corruption case brought against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, announced the change on Monday, highlighting Professor Usman’s distinguished academic background from the University of Madinah and Peshawar University in Pakistan.
Professor Usman, who has extensive experience in Hajj operations, previously served as Chairman of the Kano State Pilgrims Board, overseeing the largest state pilgrim quota in Nigeria.
