LJLA Cohort Ready for Transformation
Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy (LJLA) has embarked on a new chapter with the warm welcome of its 2024/2025 cohort.
As these bright individuals begin their transformative leadership journey, they were immersed in an enriching onboarding experience.
The Academy’s Executive Secretary, Mrs. Ayisat Agbaje-Okunade, shared her wisdom and insights, drawn from her own leadership path, to inspire and motivate the Fellows.
With a strong emphasis on tenacity, integrity, and selflessness, Mrs. Agbaje-Okunade encouraged the Fellows to embrace their role as ambassadors of the Academy and strive for excellence.

The onboarding session also featured presentations from key departments within the Academy, showcasing their collaborative efforts to cultivate a new generation of innovative, ethical, and well-rounded leaders.
To further empower the Fellows, they participated in the YES+ (Youth Empowerment Seminar+) Wellness Programme, equipping them with valuable tools to navigate modern challenges and maintain mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall well-being.
As the LJLA cohort embarks on this life-changing journey, they are poised to refine their leadership skills, embrace a service-driven mindset, and become the change-makers of tomorrow.
