Former Ajax captain Matthijs de Ligt beat England’s Jordan Sancho to win the Kopa Trophy which was won first by Paris Saint-German star, Kylian Mbappe last year.
De Ligt who joined Juventus in the summer won the best young player award after helping Ajax to the Semi-Final of Champions League last season.
