Attorney Omotayo Jamiu Lawal, one of the award recipients, was honored with the Legal Luminary of the Year award.

In an interview with Eko Hot Blog, the humility-personified O.J. Lawal expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the organizers who have found him worthy of the prestigious award.
“This award is refreshing and evergreen, and I thank the organizers for the recognition,” he said.
“I have received numerous awards throughout my distinguished career, but this one holds particular significance coming from your community in recognition of my professional services to my community and beyond.”
He credited his faith as the cornerstone of his success, explaining how his Islamic beliefs have provided clarity and guidance as he navigates life’s complexities.
“I owe my existence and the success of my life to my creator, who has been the anchor of my personal and professional journey.
“The key to living successfully is to reach out and illuminate every dark spot that crosses your path.
“I will continue to do this as long as God grants me the opportunity of life,” he concluded.
In an interview with Eko Hot Blog, several attendees shared their thoughts about the prestigious award received by O.J. Lawal.
Engineer Akeem Gbajabiamila congratulated O.J. with heartfelt words, noting that the award is not only a personal achievement for O.J. but also a symbol of the guiding light that represents service, humanity, and resilience—qualities that define O.J.’s remarkable professional and public career.
