Court Jails Three  Yahoo Boys

The Abuja Zonal office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC has on Wednesday, December 11, 2019, secured the conviction of three internet fraudsters (Yahoo Boys) before justice A.O Musa of the FCT High Court, Bwari Abuja.

They are Opara Donald C, alias White Harris; Daniel Uduoborie, alias David Butter and Illoh Joseph Chiedu, alias Kylian Overgoor.

They were arraigned on one count charge each bordering on cheating, an offense contrary to Section 320 of the Panel Code laws of the Federation(Abuja 1990) and punishable under Section 322 of the same Act.

Each of the convicts have in different ways used fictitious emails and social media profiles to obtain money from unsuspecting people.
