Former Ondo Gov,Mimiko Loses Mother

The mother of the former Governor of Ondo State, Dr Olusegun Mimiko, is dead.

Madam Muinat Mimiko died in Ondo town at the age of 88.

The news of her demise was confirmed by an aide to the former governor, Johnpaul Akinduro via his Twitter handle @akinduro.

The tweet reads: “Madam Muinat died last night in Ondo City, headquarters of Ondo West Local Government Area of Ondo State few hours after her son was honoured at the University of Medical Sciences, UNIMED, Ondo.”
