Synapse Services is looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand its business operations across multiple locations: Abuja (FCT), Anambra, and Lagos.

Key Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Identifying new business opportunities, including untapped markets, customer needs, and emerging trends.
- Building and nurturing relationships with community partners, including psychiatrists, treatment centers, and other stakeholders.
- Establishing key partnerships with government agencies, private sector organizations, and manufacturing companies.
- Developing and executing annual business development strategies to grow the organization.
- Conducting research to identify market needs and help direct sales efforts.
- Communicating new product and service offerings to prospective clients.
- Overseeing the creation of marketing materials and ensuring consistent messaging.
- Managing relationships with existing clients and increasing the client base.
- Planning and implementing new marketing initiatives and writing proposals and reports.
- Preparing business proposals, reviewing contracts, and submitting commercial bids.
- Preparing presentations for prospective clients and contributing to increased visibility.
- Participating in market research to ensure competitiveness within local and national marketplaces.
- Proposing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Generating new business opportunities and managing relationships with tactical partners aligned with corporate goals.
Requirements and Experience
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- An undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related field, with proven experience in business development.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a business development role.
- Knowledge of the behavioral health sector and healthcare experience is desirable.
- A Master’s degree is a plus but not essential.
