Job Description
The selected candidate will promote and sell the company’s products and services, ensuring they align with customer needs and requirements. They will also build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
Duties
- Promote and sell the company’s products by establishing contact with prospects and closing sales deals.
- Perform sales activities on major accounts, negotiating prices and discounts.
- Develop sales forecast plans to meet the company’s overall business strategy and ensure revenue growth.
- Assist Sales Executives in building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Track key business metrics for sales by territory and brands.
- Prepare Proforma invoices and quotations for customers.
- Manage product lines to maximize sales revenues and meet objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities through industry research and analysis.
- Suggest product improvements based on market trends and competitor activities.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and contribute to process excellence.
- Prepare periodic sales reports for the Branch Manager.
- Mentor team members and improve processes through training and guidance.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and exhibitions.
- Collaborate with the Branch Sales Manager to manage budgets for sales promotions and trade shows.

- Experience in the power generation (generator/solar) industry.
- Proven track record in engaging relevant customer segments such as manufacturing, construction, banking, power, hospitality, and oil & gas.
- Demonstrated longevity with brands, indicating reliability and consistency.
- Strong market knowledge of industrial products.
Salary
The salary is open to negotiation.
