Hon. Ogunkelu Sylvester, representing Epe Constituency II in the Lagos State House of Assembly, joined other lawmakers to celebrate the official transition of Rt. Hon. Mojisola Lasbat Meranda as the new Speaker of the Assembly.
Ekohotblog reports that at the event, Hon. Ogunkelu praised the new Speaker and promised his full support for her leadership.

“Rt. Hon. Mojisola Meranda is a strong and capable leader. I believe her leadership will bring great progress to the Assembly and to Lagos State,” he said.
He also highlighted the importance of working together for the good of the people.
“This is a time for unity. Together, we can make Lagos better and ensure the people benefit from our work,” Hon. Ogunkelu added.
The new Speaker, Rt. Hon. Meranda, is known for her dedication and hard work in public service.
