The Nigerian Federal Government has reiterated its dedication to empowering the nation’s youth as a driving force for economic growth and inclusivity, Eko Hot Blog reports.
During a recent courtesy visit by the Arewa Youth Forum (AYF), Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Mr. Wale Edun, outlined several initiatives aimed at achieving this goal in line with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

“The future belongs to you,” he stated, calling for continued collaboration between youth groups and the government to drive economic growth and national development.
By cultivating a supportive environment for young Nigerians, the Tinubu led administration aims to strengthen the country’s resilience, inclusivity, and overall prosperity.

Minister Edun urged Nigerian youth to capitalize on existing economic prospects and engage with government policies actively.
He acknowledged the Arewa Youth Forum’s vision, assuring them that the government remains dedicated to creating an inclusive and robust economy that benefits all Nigerians.
During their courtesy visit, the AYF expressed its admiration for the ministry’s accomplishments under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration, particularly in job creation, poverty reduction, and economic growth in Northern Nigeria.
Led by AYF National President Ahmed Mohammed Zagi, the delegation sought areas of collaboration with the government to further bolster job creation, economic empowerment, and national development.
Zagi acknowledged the importance of working together to address challenges faced by ordinary Nigerians, especially in light of the upcoming Ramadan fast.
