We are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic investment firm in Lagos seeking a Client Service Executive. This role involves being the first point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, fostering strong relationships, and providing investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance.
- Offer investment information, account updates, and portfolio insights.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and managing existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities to promote investment products and services.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of client service experience, preferably in finance or investment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
