Gbadamosi Berates DSS Over Sowore’s Rearrest
The gubernatorial candidate of the Action Democratic Party ADP in Lagos State, Babatunde Olalere Gbadamosi, has berated the Department of State Service over the rearrest of the convener of the RevolutionNow Movement, Omoyele Sowore.
Gbadamosi described the invasion of the a Federal High Court to arrest Sowore as unbelievable adding that, DSS acted as if Nigeria was under military rule.
He disclosed during an interview with Vanguard Newspaper.
He said “Of course that is something that perhaps the media handlers of the President Muhammadu Buhari administration need a serious talking to because they have dragged Nigeria into serious disrepute and we need to come back from that as quickly as we can.

They need to retrace their steps. This is a democracy, it is not a military dictatorship but they are acting as if we are under a military jackboot.”
It could be recalled that the officials of DSS had invaded the a Federal High Court in Abuja, where they forcefully rearrested Sowore and his codefendant.
The action of the DSS had since attracted condemnation from Nigerians as well as the international community.
