The Executive Chairman of Eredo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye, has called on all eligible residents to seize the opportunity presented by the upcoming Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) exercise to ensure their voices are heard in future elections.

According to Hon. Akinloye, the registration process will commence with online pre-registration from August 18, 2025, via cvr.inecnigeria.org, while in-person registration at all INEC offices will begin on August 25, 2025.
He emphasized that the exercise is open to individuals who wish to:
➡️ Register for a new Permanent Voter Card (PVC)
➡️ Replace a lost, stolen, or damaged PVC
➡️ Transfer their voter registration to a new location
“Your vote is your voice — let it be heard loud and clear,” Hon. Akinloye stated. “This is a civic duty that empowers every citizen to shape the future of our community and nation.”
The council boss urged residents, especially first-time voters and those who have changed locations, not to miss the opportunity to participate in this critical democratic process.
