The Chief of Naval Staff, Emmanuel Ogalla, has commissioned a new block of six classrooms at the Nigerian Navy Secondary School, Abeokuta, as part of ongoing efforts to enhance learning facilities in naval institutions.
Eko Hot Blog reports that the project, represented by Chief of Administration Gabriel Martins Aligwe, reflects Ogalla’s commitment to improving Nigerian Navy educational infrastructure and fostering quality learning.

Aligwe noted that the new classroom block aligns with the Chief of Naval Staff’s vision of strengthening human capital development through better access to education.
He emphasized that the initiative demonstrates the Navy’s dedication to building a more conducive academic environment for students in its schools nationwide.
Earlier, the Commandant of the Nigerian Navy Secondary School, Oluwaseun Abiola Adesiyan, expressed gratitude to Ogalla for his continuous support toward upgrading infrastructure and maintaining high academic standards across Navy educational institutions.

The event was attended by the Director of Naval Education, Chijioke Ofem Dick Ubi, senior naval officers, teachers, and students.
It featured the formal unveiling and inspection of the newly constructed facility, marking another milestone in the Navy’s commitment to educational advancement and infrastructural development across the country.
