Oshiomole: We Are Appealing The Ruling
Suspended APC National Chairman, Comrade Adams Oshiomole has said that he is appealing the ruling of the court that suspended him as Chairman of the party and has filed a stay of execution.
Oshiomole spoke through his spokesman, Simon Egbegbulem saying that they are heading to the appeal court.

Eyewitnesses also confirmed that after the Court ruling asking him to vacate the position, mobile policemen were seen taking positions in the APC National Secretariat to prevent a breakdown of law and order.
Oshiomole had been suspended in his ward but did not challenge it leading to the court ruling that his suspension at ward level makes it impossible for him to remain the chairman.
