A lady Jumoke, was in the early hours of yesterday scalded hot water by her neighbour, Iya Timothy at their house located at No 5 Adejumobi street, Oshodi, Lagos.
The victim was said to be sweeping the compound when the culprit accosted her for not sweeping her frontage, and it led to an argument.
In the process, insults were exchanged and the victim bit Iya Timothy.

In annoyance, the suspect picked the pot of water she was boiling and emptied its content on Jumoke.
Neighbours rushed out and prevented the suspect from running away. She was later whisked to Akinpelu Police Station in Oshodi while Jumoke was rushed to a nearby hospital to receive treatment.
