Oyo: Pregnant Woman Murdered In Cold Blood 2 Months To Delivery Time
Spokesperson of the Oyo State Police Command, SP Fadeyi Olugbenga has confirmed the death of a 29-year-old pregnant woman identified as Azeezat Dhikirulahi.
Azeezat who was 7-month pregnant was murdered in her room at Ijefun Community in Oyo state.
Azeezat who got married three years ago and was expecting a child recently returned to Oyo state from Kano state where she had gone to spend some time with her husband who resides there.
Her mother in law, Mrs. Idiat Hamzat came to the house to check on her only to meet her (Azeezat) in the pool of her own blood with a big stone close to her.

This sent cold shivers down her spine as she immediately raised an alarm, alerting to the police and they arrived at the scene of the incident.
The Police said investigations had begun on the circumstances surrounding her untimely death.
The corpse has been deposited in the morgue and the stone taken as evidence.
