Nigerians Bemoan Discrimination, Racial Profiling By Indonesia Authorities

Some Nigerians stormed the Nigeria Embassy in Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia to express their grievances over the unjust treatments that are being meted out to them by the Indonesia immigration officers.

The aggrieved Nigerians voiced their displeasure over an alleged discrimination and targeted raids by Indonesian immigration officers.

The Nigerians who held up placards and were heard chanting “enough is enough” during the protest, accused Indonesian Immigration Officers of carrying out targeted raids against them.

They also also accused them of killing some of their compatriots who refused to give them the money they demand.

The protesters who accused authorities in the Nigerian Embassy aloofness in the face of injustice, took the law in their own hands destroyed properties at the consulate in Jakarta.
