Bawan-Allah For Lagos As Buhari Swears-In Members Of Federal Character Commission
President Muhammadu Buhari has sworn-in the Abdulwasiu Kayode Bawan-Allah has representative of Lagos for the Federal Civil Service Commission.
The event took place on Thursday at the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa, Abuja also saw the chairman and the 37 member of the commission take the oath of office.
In attendance was the Chairman, Mrs Muheeba Dankaka and 37 members representing the 36 States and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
ABDUL WASIU KAYODE BAWA-ALLAH
Born in January, 1960 at Isale Eko Lagos, His parents are of Ikorodu, Ita Agarawu, Isale Eko and the Ojomu Chieftaincy family of Eti- Osa Lagos.
Abdul Wasiu Kayode Bawa-Allah is a sales professional, certified Developmental Dimension International (D. D. I.) trainer and an agribusiness practitioner. He hails from Lagos State where he has continued to contribute to the development of the State in many capacities past and present.
He attended the famous Ahmadiyya college (now Anwar Ul Islam College, Agege, Lagos) and attended many tertiary institutions both in Nigeria and the United States. He is a holder of a National Diploma in agricultural science and also holds many post secondary qualifications in agricultural management, applied economics/finance as well as sales management. Abdul Wasiu Bawa-Allah had a vey successful work career in the United States of America managing the investment portfolios and sales to fortune 500 companies while with Vaughn Communications, Allied Vaughn and The University of Minnesota. He also served Lagos State as an Agric. Extension officer.
In nation building, he has been very active in the political development of Nigeria and has served in many political offices both in Lagos and at the federal level. He actively served in the successful 2019 presidential and gubernatorial campaign of the All Progressives Congress.
He is a member of many social and development organizations both in the United States and Nigeria where he has received many accolades for leadership and accomplishments.
Abdul Wasiu Kayode Bawa-Allah is a devout muslim and is married with children.

The 36 members of the FCC included Henry Ogbulogo (Abia), Salihu Bello (Adamawa), Dorah Daniel (Akwa-Ibom), Ibeabuchi Uche, (Anambra), Mohammed Tijjani, (Bauchi), Tonye Okio (Bayelsa) and Silas Macikpah (Benue).
Others were Abba Ali Monguno (Borno), Nsor Atamgba (Cross River), Moses Anaughe (Delta)), Tobias Chukuemeka (Ebonyi), Imuetinyan Festus (Edo), Sesan Fatoba (Ekiti), Ginika Tor (Enugu). Hamza Mohammed (Gombe), Diogu Uche, (Imo) and Lawan Ya’u Roni (Jigawa).
Also sworn-in were Hadiza Muazu (Kaduna), Mohammed Na’iya (Kano), Lawal Garba (Katsina), Abubakar Atiku Bunu (Kebbi), Idris Bello (Kogi), Abdulwasiu Bawan-Allah (Lagos), Nasir Isa Kwarra (Nasarawa), and Suleiman Barau (Niger).
Others sworn in were Abiodun Akinlade (Ogun), Olufemi Omosanya (Ondo), Adeoye Olalekan (Osun) Adeniyi Olowofela (Oyo), Stephen Jings (Plateau), Wokocha Augustine (Rivers), Abdullahi Tafida (Sokoto), Alhaji Armaya’u Abubakar (Taraba), Jibril Maigari (Yobe), Sani Garba (Zamfara) and Adamu Sidi-Ali (Federal Capital Territory)
For the Federal Civil Service Commission, two members were sworn-in. They include, Dr Jonah Madugu from Plateau State, representing Plateau and Benue, Mamman Allahkayi for Nasarawa and Dr Fredrick Ekwem from Imo State, (Representing Imo and Abia States.)
