After nine days in captivity, the Managing Director of the Bank of Agriculture (BoA), Alwan Ali-Hassan, has been freed by his abductors.
Ali-Hassan was, on March 28, abducted by the bandits who bombed Kaduna-bound train carrying over 360 passengers.
A senior BoA official confirmed to The Nation that Ali-Hassan was freed yesterday.
The official, who did not say if ransom was paid, said the family and friends of the bank chief expressed gratitude to God for his release.
