The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) chairman in Michika Local Government Area of Adamawa State, Lawan Andimi has spoken out from Boko Haram captivity.
The CAN chairman was reportedly abducted by the insurgents following a failed attack on Michika LGA by the dreaded Boko Haram sect on Thursday.
It will be recalled as earlier reported by ekohotblog that the insurgents had stormed the community to carry out their attacks but were repelled by soldiers and vigilantes before they could do much damage.
However, following the failed attack, the District Head of Michika, Mr. Ngida Zakawa, said Andimi was last seen among strange individuals.
Ekohotblog has now obtained a video of the CAN chairman who spoke out from Boko Haram custody where he expressed hope of been rescued from the insurgents.
In the video released by respected journalist, Ahmad Salkida, Rev. Andimi, however, declared that if its pleased God that he would not get out of captivity, they should look after his children.
