Actress Kemi Afolabi Reacts As Impostors Exploit Her Medical Condition

EKO HOT BLOG reports that Actress Kemi Afolabi has lashed out at insensitive Nigerians who are taking advantage of her terminal illness.

The actress, who revealed last week that she was battling Lupus, a disease with no cure, took to Instagram to warn the public against falling victim to scammers.

She reposted several of their posts in which they urged the public to donate money on behalf of the her.

She urged her fans and lovers to ignore and report the impersonators.

She wrote:

“It has come to my notice that some malicious individuals are taking advantage of my situation by using my name and image against my consent on Facebook.

I am Kemi Afolabi/Afolabi Kemi on Facebook.

I hereby beckon on all my fans and lovers to disregard and report these impersonators.

Let’s ensure that unsuspecting individuals do not fall victim of fraud from these impersonators, thank you”.

Recall earlier that the yoruba actress Kemi Afolabi  revealed that she has a short time to live.

The Nollywood star spoke out about her battle with an incurable condition that has cut short her life expectancy.

She has now revealed her life-threatening illness, crying while making the disclosure.

Afolabi shared in a recent interview with show presenter Chude Jideonwo that the doctor told her she only has five years to live.

She sobbed as she explained that she had only lived one year following the doctor’s announcement and that she had four more years to live.

The doctor advised her to surround herself with people who love her and create memories, according to her.
