While recapping on how far he has come and reminiscing on the significant progress he has made from the last time he had a tour in the US, he said:

“ I remember in 2016 the turnout of some of these cities was super low. I remember how some of my performances were lackluster.

“I used to have so much stage fright with shaky vocals while I performed. Some nights on stage I didn’t even know how to engage the crowd if there was any technical issue. so many funny stories from that year.

“But look all that is gone now, it’s all about growing, I’m still growing and AG Baby is in the building. I have had so much fun in different cities, every song I performed went off and the energy has been really crazy.

“You people won’t even let me sing my songs to you, you want to perform at the top of your voices to me. In the middle of this, I have been rounding off my album.”.

The 34-year-old then took to twitter to announce his plan to release his fourth studio album saying

“Tonight, I performed at Pittsburgh, the final show of the #AGBabylnYaCity tour.

“It’s been an absolute pleasure watching y’all sing my songs back to me. I had so much fun meeting and singing my heart out to y’all.

“Thanks for rocking with the boy. I’ll be back next year and it’ll be much bigger. Also, my 4th studio album is coming soon! Get ready for my best work yet! All my love.”

During the US tour, Adekunle Gold visited cities such as Chicago, New York, Pittsburgh, Minneapolis, Cleveland, Philadelphia, Charlotte, and Atlanta.
