Dr Adeleke Adesola Kaka, born on February 28, 1968, is set to lead a new chapter in the healthcare sector as the pioneer acting Chief Medical Director of the Federal Medical Centre, Epe, Lagos.

Appointed by the Ministry of Health led by Dr. Tunji Alausa, in Abuja, Dr. Kaka’s appointment marks a significant step forward in the drive to enhance healthcare delivery in Nigeria, aligning with President Bola Tinubu’s vision of affordable healthcare for all.

Dr. Kaka’s journey in the medical field began at the University of Lagos, where he earned his Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery degree in 1992.

His accolades include the Fellowship of the West African College of Surgeons (FWACS) in 2006, and his roles as a Consultant Obstetrician/Gynaecologist at various esteemed institutions such as the Orile-Agege General Hospital and Onikan Health Centre.

His leadership roles, notably as MD/CEO of Harvey Road Health Centre and General Hospital, Gbagada, highlight his capacity to drive positive change in the healthcare sector.
