Lookman is shortlisted alongside Luis Alberto from Lazio, Albert Gudmundsson from Genoa, Paulo Dybala from AS Roma, Matteo Politano from Napoli, and Hakan Calhanoglu from Inter Milan.
In April, Lookman kicked off with an assist against Cagliari and continued his impressive form by providing two assists in the win against Monza.
He capped off the month by netting his lone league goal against Empoli.
However, the 26-year-old contributed one goal and three assists in the month under review.
