AFCON 2021 Qualifier: Super Eagles’ Camp Opens On Sunday

The 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier begins across the continent as the Super Eagles of Nigeria is set to begin its campaign against the Squirrel of Benin Republic on November 13, 2019.

The camp of the Super Eagles will be opened on Sunday as all the 23 invited players are all expected to jet into Uyo where the match will be played at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium.

According to the report, the team will lodge at the Le Meridien Hotel.

Head coach, Gernot Rohr, who is in Egypt, is expected in the country on Saturday.

Rohr has been in the North Africa country since this week, to offer technical support to the U-23 National Team coaches, ahead of Saturday’s game against Cote d’Ivoire at 2pm.

Nigeria’s opponents are expected next week.
