The Cheetahs enter the game with high confidence, having defeated the Super Eagles in a 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier back in June.

Mounie emphasized that his team is ready for the upcoming challenges.

“With the spirit we have in the team now, we don’t give up. We will try to fight together on the pitch, and that will be important tomorrow.”

“It doesn’t matter who scores or makes the assist, the most important thing tomorrow is to get a result.”

The match between the two sides is set to take place at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo on Saturday.
