The Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Lateef Fagbemi (SAN), has completed the necessary documentation to release individuals detained in connection with the #EndBadGovernance protests, including minors facing treason charges.

Sources indicate that these detainees are scheduled to be released at the Federal High Court in Abuja on Tuesday.

SaharaReporters confirmed late Monday that officials—including the Attorney General, Inspector General of Police, and representatives from the Nigerian Correctional Service—have finalised plans to present the detainees before Justice Obiora Egwuatu, who is expected to oversee the withdrawal of the charges.
