Sergio Aguero took to twitter to discuss his current condition after rumours emerged on Friday stating that the Barcelona striker may bring a premature end to his career.

Aguero suffered a heart arrythmia during the Blaugrana’s 1-1 draw against Alaves on October 30, with it later revealed that he will be out for the next three months.

During the early hours of Friday, Catalunya Radio reported that the 33-year-old frontman, who only moved to Camp Nou from Manchester City over the summer, may have to hang up his boots on the back of a serious health scare. Many news reporting side also shared the speculation.
However the growing rumors compelled Aguero to tweet insisting that he’s still being positive.

“In response to the rumours [on Friday], I can tell you that I am following the instructions of the club’s doctors, carrying out tests and treatment and to see how I evolve within 90 days. Always think positive,”, his tweet reads.
