EKO HOT BLOG reports that Al-Nassr Football Club is reportedly set to sign Luis Enrique, the former coach of the Spanish National team, as their new manager. The decision was made after Cristiano Ronaldo, who plays for Al-Nassr, recommended Enrique as a replacement for Rudi Garcia, who was recently sacked.
According to WinWin Sports, via AS, Al-Nassr is determined to ensure that Ronaldo and Enrique are united, and the club has set its sights on the Asturian coach. Enrique has been looking for a new job since parting ways with the Spanish National team after the World Cup in Qatar.

Enrique was also reportedly in the running for the vacant position left by the sacking of Graham Potter at Chelsea. However, it appears that Al-Nassr is ahead in the race to secure his signature.
Ronaldo had allegedly been pushing to reunite with Enrique when he was at Manchester United, but the club never made a move for the Spanish tactician. Now, it seems that Ronaldo’s current club is keen to grant his wish.
Al-Nassr recently appointed Croatian Dinko Jelicic as their new manager, but his debut was marked by a defeat at the hands of Al Hilal. The loss has left Al-Nassr’s chances of securing the league title hanging by a thread.
