1. Bananas
Avoid eating bananas because they’re very high in potassium. Those treating kidney disease are usually advised to limit their potassium intake. One banana can give you about 422 MG of potassium, so it’s best to avoid it.
2. Wheat bread
If you have renal illness, you must be cautious about the bread you consume. Even though whole wheat bread is good for you, avoid it. If you must consume bread, choose white bread over whole wheat bread.
Whole wheat bread contains a lot of potassium and phosphorus. Because white bread includes salt, you should limit your consumption.
3. Avocados
If you are suffering from any kind of kidney disease, you need to avoid avocados. They are healthy for a normal person without any kidney impairment.
