Alleged Corruption: Ondo Assembly Debunks EFCC Invitation

The leadership of Ondo State House of Assembly has described the reports that the speaker of the House, Rt. Hon. Bamidele Oleyelogun was invited by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) as false and untrue

The speaker of the House made this clarification on Sunday.

Recall that there were reports of an alleged ‘multi-million naira fraud in the house’.

According to the speaker, “It is not true that the speaker has been invited by the EFCC.”

Oloyeloogun however, noted that the house would address the media to clear some of the allegations tomorrow.
