Role Summary
- Site Engineers are required to ensure that the sites activities are fully functional with work carried out at targeted pace and speed in order to meet planned targets as well as report all activities to the project Manager as they occur on daily, weekly and quarterly basis.
Responsibilities
- Managing parts of construction projects
- Overseeing Construction work.
- Supervising surveys.
- Setting out sites and organizing facilities.
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
- Supervising contracted staff.
- Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets, or timescales.
- Liaising with clients, sub-contractors, and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
- Attend meetings and report on outcome for immediate actions.
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
- Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials.
- Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Additional certificates or licenses is desirable.
- Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
- Great leadership and organizational skills.
- Superb project management skills.
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.

(2) Job Title: Head, Project Construction
Location: Lagos
Role Summary
- The Head of Project is responsible for project delivery and overall coordination of the project department and team members in all project locations, HE/SHE is Saddled with the overall responsibility of ensuring quality and customer satisfaction for all projects.
Responsibilities
Key Functions:
- Provide overall co-ordination of the project department and its team members
- Provide supervisory oversight on main contractor and scope of work.
- Ensure all designs are thoroughly checked and signed off in a timely fashion
- Ensure quality control and conformity of architectural/construction drawings and other service drawings
- Continuous tracking of project requirement and scope changes
- Update of action log and close out outstanding issues within stipulated time
- Liaise directly with consultants to ensure project objectives are met
- Co-ordinate project meetings between consultants and project team
- Ensure quality control across project sites.
- Conduct value engineering and provide evidence of cost reduction
- Ensure proper stakeholder engagement.
- Responsible for quality control on all project sites
- Responsible for set up and coordination of all green and brown field project
Post Design Phase Activities:
- Project Scheduling and Monitoring.
- Provide first level interface between project consultants and organization.
- Assist consultants & Tender committee with the preparation of tender documentation.
- Measure and verify project scope
- Facilitate scope change requests
- Facilitate and prepare impact assessments of scope change requests
- Organize and facilitate scheduled change control meetings
- Communicate outcomes of scope change requests
- Report project performance to the EDD
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree in Engineering, Building Technology or related field
- Minimum of 10 years overall experience out of which 3 should be a leadership role
- Member of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Understanding of all facets of the construction process
- Familiarity with construction management software packages

(3) Job Title: IT Support Officer
Location: Lagos
Role Summary
- IT support officer is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks of the organisation.
- You will be installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues

(4) Job Title: Design and Value Engineering Manager
Location: Lagos
Role Summary
- To carry out review of all engineering designs/drawings spanning across architectural, civil/structural, mechanical, electrical, water, sewage and power to ensure they meet with standards and specifications.
- To also carry out site inspections to all our sites to ensure what are specified on the designs/drawings are well represented on site.
- To also render advisory, consultancy and training services to external clients in the area of civil, water, sewage and environmental management.
- To help optimize cost using multi-objective decision/scenarios and to help monitor that practical/design quality assurance and control/administrative quality assurance and control are in conformance.
Responsibilities
- To review all engineering designs/drawings from our consultants such as architectural, structural, urban drainages, roads, mechanical/electrical to ensure they meet standards, specifications.
- To carry out site inspections to ensure all engineering designs and drawings specifications are represented on site as specified.
- To carry out cost optimization by reviewing all conceptual designs using multi-objective decisions so as to know the best alternative scenario to undertake.
- To render engineering services spanning across civil, water, sewage and environmental waste management in form of professional advisory and consultancy.
- To render professional engineering training services to clients spanning across civil, water, sewage and environmental waste management so as to increase the company profit margin.
- To assist the R2 department in reviewing their drawings and to give professional advices where necessary.
- To render in-house engineering design services to external clients by adopting building information modelling (BIM) so as to boost the profitability index of the company.
- To give in-house training to members of my team and other staffs in my area of specialty.
- To work with the QMS department to ensure administrative quality assurance and control are in conformance with practical/design quality assurance and control
- To represent the company in engineering forums so as to bring modern engineering trends to the company.
- To attend consultants meeting so as to discuss area of improvement in term of design and engineering services to them.
- To ensure engineering design HSE related issues are handle appropriately and close out.
Requirements
- B. Sc. / HND in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering or related field
- Membership with relevent professional bodies will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years experience
