Ambulance Carrying NCDC Officials Set Ablaze In Oyo

An ambulance conveying officials of the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control was burnt to ashes in Dugbe area of Oyo State on Sunday evening.

Several attempts where made to put out the fire ,but unfortunately they were unable to save the situation.

So far, no life or property have been lost.

This adds to the series of fire outbreaks that have hit key government properties in the country in recent days.

It will be recalled that there was a fire outbreak at the Jos branch of Central Bank of Nigeria on April 21, 2020.

Likewise on April 8, fire broke out at the Treasury House, a building housing the Accountant General of the Federation’s office, exactly a week after there was another fire outbreak at the headquarters of the Corporate Affairs Commission, while the Independent National Electoral Commission’s office in Abuja also went up in flames days after.
