America Is Ready For Its First Female President – Kamala Harris

Kamala Harris on Tuesday affirmed that America is “absolutely” ready to elect its first female president, while downplaying the significance of her historic candidacy.

She emphasized her desire to help the nation “turn the page” after years of being “exhausted” by Donald Trump.

With just two weeks until Election Day, both Harris and Trump are intensifying their efforts in swing states, holding rallies and engaging with voters through various media platforms in pursuit of an edge in a tightly contested race that polls indicate is nearly even.

During an appearance on the national NBC network, Harris responded with an emphatic “absolutely” when asked if the country was prepared to elect its first woman president, but she reiterated that her campaign is primarily focused on fostering a new direction for the nation.

“People are exhausted with Donald Trump and his approach, because it’s all about himself,” she said.

Trump, speaking to supporters in North Carolina, pitched a very different message.

“This election is a choice between whether we will have four more years of incompetence, failure and disaster, or whether we’ll begin the four greatest years in the history of our country,” he said to cheers.

He repeatedly referred to Harris and her running mate, Tim Walz, as “stupid” throughout the rally.
