Following the aggressive troll and insult hurled at the disqualified housemate in the just concluded lockdown season of BBNaija, Erica, an icon have retraced and tendered an apology for the horrible character he displayed.

It is no news that the cause of Erica’s disqualification centers around Laycon and the relationship triangle with Kiddwaya.

It all started after Erica told Laycon, she wanted to be with Kiddwaya as she is attracted to him emotionally than she is to Laycon.

One Twitter user who identifies himself as a die hard Icon, @Trust_icon popularly known for lashing at the fast rising actress made his apology known in a letter penned down to her via his Twitter account.

He also pleaded for forgiveness from Erica for wrongly lashing at her despite knowing that Laycon instigated her anger resulting to her disqualification.

He wrote,  ”A LETTER TO ERICA

Dear Erica, this is my first ever tweet to you in this manner. I am a die hard Icon and i own it with my full chest. I must admit that you are indeed a good person with a kind hear, this is the fact i never wanted to admit even though i know it.

I love Laycon and i still do, but i must admit you weren’t treated nice by Laycon after you turned him down, he handled rejection in a wrong way, and lost a caring friend in the process. U were with Kidd before Laycon made his intentions known. U didn’t do any wrong.

U couldn’t have left kidd for him. Laycon needed to talk to people in the house but he did it the wrong way, we all know Vee’s hatred started the very day Laycon told her about you. Laycon’s only mistake was not owning up to rejection and move on like a real man.

But he his only but human. He shouldn’t have even let all the housemates know what’s up between you guys. As a good friend he should have kept any kissing thing to himself even though it happened of which we all know it happened once while u were intoxicated & not multiple times.

U needed an answer Laycon didn’t give it to you, hence your rage and anger towards him. Believe me Laycon is a good person. Just some circumstances made him handle the situation the wrong way. When u insulted Laycon and called him names i knew u were only angry

Even though i knew ur heart was heavy with anger i still bashed u online and made u look bad here on the outside world even wen u came out i didn’t stop. But deep down i know that wasn’t ur person because you have always loved and Care for Laycon like a friend.

Even wen Laycon stopped talking to u, u cried inside the toilet, dat day i saw someone who values friendship, if u don’t appreciate Laycon u wouldn’t have cried because ur friendship got ruined, u hv feelings too and u followed ur heart, we shouldn’t have made u look bad.

You don’t deserve it Erica. Laycon constant opinion from d housemates made u look like d bad one without him knowing. you also insulted Laycon with all sort of names but i know it was a pile up of emotions which i know u wouldn’t have on a normal day.

Erica please forgive me for being hash, Forgive Laycon, he too has forgiven u for using his body to insult him. We all in one way say some hurtful things to our friends/siblings wen we are angry it happens to everyone. So please forgive me i need your forgiveness.

You won’t understand why i need it. I need it so i can bounce back. Icons please what ever we do to a person is not just cruise it actually affects, i know wat i am saying. I myself hate to say this but it’s the fact. I will share my testimony later.
