Andrea Pirlo Reveals Who Is Responsible For Juventus’ Defeat To AC Milan
- Juventus manager, Andrea Pirlo, has taken full ‘responsibility’ for his side’s 3-0 defeat to AC Milan in the Serie A fixture on Sunday night.
Pirlo saw Juventus suffer a shock home defeat against Milan, following goals from Brahim Diaz, Ante Rebic, Fikayo Tomori.
The result leaves Juventus in fifth position on the Serie A table, three points behind Atalanta and Milan and one behind Napoli, EKO HOT BLOG gathered.
Reacting to the outcome of the result, Pirlo said at his post-match press conference,

“I saw the team in good spirits this week, we had trained with the right concentration, and we were convinced we could play a great match.
“However, it was not like that, after a few episodes, we became united, and many things did not work
“I knew we were going to run into difficulties, but now we all have to get out of this together. There must always be pride in wearing this shirt, and certain performances must not be there.
“I had a different project in mind, I tried to work according to certain principles. At times, we had to adapt, but I am convinced that I have an excellent team at my disposal. If something went wrong, I take responsibility for it.”
