Hon. Surah Animashaun Honored for Outstanding Contribution to Epe Infrastructure at Lagos State Seminar

Ekohotblog reports that Hon. Princess Surah Olayemi Animashaun, the Executive Chairman of Epe Local Government, was Honoured with an award for her effective work in developing infrastructure.

 

The award was presented during a two-day seminar program organized by the Lagos State Supervisors and Special Advisers for Works and Infrastructure.

 

The seminar which took place at the Epe local government and hosted by Hon.Ramoni sikiru Adewale focused on “Enhancing Grassroots Infrastructure: The Role of Supervision and Quality Standards.”

 

The main goal was to stress the importance of quality control and proper supervision in local government projects.

 

Hon. Tunde Musa, Chairman of the Forum, commended Hon. Animashaun for her leadership and contributions to Epe’s growth.

 

“She has set a high standard with the quality of roads and public facilities in Epe,” he said.

 

Musa also stated that her efforts serve as an example for other local governments.

 

“Hon. Surah’s work is truly inspiring. I encourage her to continue the excellent work in improving infrastructure,” he added.

 

In her response to the award, Hon. Animashaun expressed her gratitude and commitment to further improving the community.

 

“I am deeply honored. This recognition motivates me to keep delivering quality projects for the people of Epe,” she stated.

 

The seminar included expert presentations on project management, quality control, and the role of supervision in successful public works.

 

Participants discussed the challenges they face in their own areas and shared solutions.

 

The event concluded with a call for better teamwork between local governments and private sectors to ensure lasting infrastructure.

 

“Collaboration is key to achieving long-lasting development across Lagos State,” one of the speakers emphasized.

 

The seminar attracted supervisors and advisers from different local governments across Lagos State, making it a great place for sharing knowledge and ideas for development.

 

Overall, the seminar aimed to inspire local government officials to improve infrastructure quality in their communities.
