Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM) on Wednesday announced the arrival of another batch of 292 evacuees in United Arab Emirates (UAE)
The commission announced their arrival in a tweet, adding that the Emirate flight conveying the evacuees landed at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport around 2.30pm.
The tweet reads: “Emirate flight with 292 Evacuees arrived Nnamdi Azikiwe Int’l Airport, Abuja at about 1430HRS from the United Arab Emirates, today Wednesday, 12th of August, 2020 bringing the total number of evacuees from the UAE to 2,933.
“All evacuees tested Negative to Covid-19 and will now proceed on a 14-day self-isolation as mandated by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, Ministry of Health and Presidential Task Force on Covid-19.”
