Another Bomb Blast Rocks Niger Community

Just five days ago, a bomb blast occurred in the same community, killing four officers of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC)
- The explosion is believed to have come from an Improvised Explosive Device
EKO HOT BLOG reports that another explosion has been recorded in Galadima-Kogo, Shiroro Local Government Area of Niger State.
It was gathered that the bomb went off around 7pm on Friday.

Contacted for information, the Niger State Police Command Public Relations Officer, DSP Wasiu Abiodun, promised to revert but had not done so as at the time of filing the report.
The Niger State Commissioner for Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs, Community Development and Internal Security, Emmanuel Umar, could not be reached on phone.
But Sani Abubakar Yusuf Kokki, the Co-Convener of Concern Shiroro Youths, said, “What is believed to be Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) just got exploded at Galadima Kogo, Shiroro local government area, Niger State.”
The development comes less than five days after a bomb blast occurred in the same community, killing four officers of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps.
