Any Nigeria Youth Who Refuse To Protest Will Surely Die- Angry #EndSARS Protester Blows Hot

Some agitated Nigerian youths have revealed some of the reasons why they are so passionate about the ongoing nationwide protests which has rocked the country for close to two weeks now.

There have been protests across the country demanding the end of the police unit which is notorious for human rights violations.

Owing to the mass outrage, the IGP had banned operatives of SARS, the Special Tactical Squad (STS) and Intelligence Response Team (IRT) from undertaking routine patrols as well as stop and search duties.

Nigerians are however not satisfied as they continue with the #EndSARS protests across cities.

Speaking in a video, an unidentified man could be seen speaking passionately with so much emotion emanating through his voice, the man who is a truck driver called on all Nigerian youths to join in the ongoing movement. Stating some of the hardship in the country, he went further to curse any youth who refuses to join the nationwide protests.  According to him, “any Nigerian youth who refuse to join the ongoing protest will die.”

Another man noted that 80 percent of protesting youths are graduates and most unemployed as a result of the craziness in the country. He went on to declare that the protest is mostly for “the kids, the 4 year, 10 year, 13 year kids- for the future.”

The video, like every other #EndSARS protest clip cause so much emotions as viewers continue to lend their voices.

EkoHotBlog recalls that Adamu Mohammed, the inspector-general of police, on October 11 announced the immediate disbandment of the special anti-robbery squad (SARS) following nationwide protests over its brutality. However, the IGP created a new unit to replace the disbanded Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS).

In a statement by the Force Public Relations Officer, DCP Frank Mba said the new unit is named Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Team.

The unit, he said, will fill the gaps arising from the dissolution of the defunct SARS.

Nigerians are however not satisfied with the IGP’s decisions as they continue to call for a total scrap of both SARS nad SWAT; #EndPoliceBrutality #EndBadGovernace.
