APC Chairman Escapes Being Burnt After Raping Two Teenage Girls
Christopher Ogah, Ward Chairman for the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Obi LGA of Nasarawa State has been saved from lynching by an angry mob after allegedly raping two teenage girls.
Ogah who is currently being detained in police custody lured the girls when they entered his house to fetch water from the well, so he took advantage of that.
Confirming the incident, Executive Chairman of the Local Government, Alhaji Mohammad Oyimoga Oyigye, said this is not the first time such thing would be happening.

Fortunately, the suspect was saved from being burnt to death and was handed over to the police.
Nasarawa Commissioner of Police, Mr. Bola Longe said: ” I have directed that the case be transferred to State Criminal Investigation Department, (SCID) in Lafia for a discreet investigation after which the suspect will be charged to court.
“The Police under my watch want to warn would-be Rapist to have a rethink or face the wrath of the Law.
” I am assuring the public of the Police command’s commitment to arrest and prosecute anyone found wanting no matter how highly placed.” he said
