In the wake of the just-concluded All Progressives Congress (APC) councillorship primary elections, members of Ward K1, Odoragunshin Zone in Eredo LCDA, have come together in a spirit of appreciation, unity, and support for the party’s democratic process.

Ekohotblog reports that speaking on behalf of the ward, Hon. Hassan Jamiu Adekoya extended heartfelt gratitude to all party faithful, ward executives, and leaders who demonstrated unwavering commitment throughout the primary election journey.

“We deeply appreciate the time, dedication, and energy every member invested in supporting our ward’s aspiration,” Hon. Adekoya said. “The unity and enthusiasm we witnessed showed that Ward K1 is strong, resilient, and ready to move forward together.”

The message also conveyed congratulations to Hon. Hammed Temitope Johnson, who emerged as the APC flag bearer for councillor in Ward K1.

“I congratulate Hon. Hammed Temitope Johnson on his emergence as the elected councillor in the just-concluded primaries,” Adekoya added. “We believe in your capacity to deliver and represent Ward K1 effectively.”

Party leaders described the peaceful conduct of the primaries as a reflection of the maturity and discipline within the APC structure in Eredo LCDA.

“This is democracy in action,” said one of the party’s women leaders in the zone. “We may not all win, but we must all work together for the victory of our party.”

Another youth leader, emphasized the need for continued collaboration. “Now is the time to close ranks and push forward as one united family. The goal is not just winning primaries, but making Ward K1 the pride of Eredo.”
