EKO HOT BLOG reports that the President, responding to the endorsement, assured Nigerians that his government remains committed to driving economic recovery, lowering inflation, and improving the country’s overall stability. “I accept this vote of confidence with gratitude, and it is a challenge to do more. We will continue to work towards food security, investment, and economic growth,” Tinubu stated.
He emphasized that food prices were gradually declining, particularly as the Ramadan period approaches, and expressed optimism about the country’s economic trajectory. “The sun is high, and the sky is bright outside. While the rest of the world unravels, we see growth in Nigeria. We are seeing a gradual return to stability. We are seeing improvements. I thank you, governors,” he said.
Tinubu reassured party members and Nigerians that his administration would not relent in delivering on its promises. He acknowledged the support of the APC governors, National Assembly members, and party executives, pledging to continue working with all arms of government to achieve national progress.
“I am grateful to all Nigerians for the electoral successes recorded from one state to the other. Governors, you have embraced these changes, and I thank the leadership of our party. I also appreciate members of the National Assembly for their commitment to quickly considering and passing the budget,” he added.
The President called on party stakeholders to remain united and work collaboratively to strengthen the APC and ensure good governance.

While commending the APC National Working Committee (NWC) for its performance, Tinubu acknowledged lingering disputes within some state chapters of the party and called for urgent measures to resolve them.
“The National Working Committee is doing a very good job; I am pleased with them. However, there are a few conflicts in various states. Let’s set up committees to look into these issues and appeal to party leaders to remain calm and cooperative,” he urged.
