APC Unveils Councillorship Candidates for Eredo LCDA Ahead of Local Government Elections

• APC releases names of five councillorship candidates for Eredo LCDA ahead of local government elections.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has officially released the list of its flag bearers for councillorship positions across wards in Eredo Local Government Area (LGA), as part of preparations for the upcoming local government elections in Lagos State.

Ekohotblog reports that the list features a mix of youthful and experienced aspirants, each expected to drive grassroots development and uphold the party’s manifesto at the ward level. The candidates are:

1. Adeniyi Wasiu A. – Ward H1

2. Bakare Shamusideen Onabanjo – Ward J1

3. Johnson Hammed Temitope – Ward K1

4. Olusanya Abosede Mary – Ward L1

5. Hon. Sulaiman Adebola Odubanjo – Ward M1

Reacting to the announcement, party stakeholders in Eredo expressed confidence in the selected candidates.

According to Hon. Monsuru Akinloye, Executive Chairman of Eredo LCDA, “These candidates represent the strength and diversity of our local politics.

They have been tested in community service and are capable of delivering results that align with the vision of the APC.”

Supporters have also welcomed the emergence of the candidates with optimism.

A women leader from Ward L1, said: “Having a woman like Olusanya Abosede Mary on the ballot shows that APC values inclusion and gender balance. We are solidly behind her.”
