Femi Gbajabiamila was elected to the House of Representatives in 2003 to represent the Surulere I constituency of Lagos State, serving six consecutive terms. As Minority Leader in the 7th National Assembly, he spearheaded a significant investigation into debt claims involving Zenon Petroleum & Gas Limited and Forte Oil Plc, emphasizing transparency.
