The APC-USA Chapter celebrates Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s birthday, highlighting his dedication and impactful leadership in Lagos State.
Eko Hot Blog reports that the All Progressives Congress (APC) – USA Chapter, led by Professor Adesegun Labinjo and Dr. Ismaila Maigyara, joins in celebrating the birthday of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu today.
In a statement released by the APC-USA Chapter, they described Governor Sanwo-Olu as a dedicated and compassionate leader who has tirelessly served the people of Lagos State.

They highlighted his previous roles, noting his impactful tenure as Managing Director of LSDPC and his continued commitment to improving the lives of Lagosians from Alausa, Ikeja.
“We are proud to celebrate Governor Sanwo-Olu’s achievements and leadership. His dedication to public service and his efforts in advancing the welfare of Lagosians are commendable,” said Prof. Labinjo, National Chairman of the APC-USA Chapter.
The APC-USA Chapter expressed their best wishes to Governor Sanwo-Olu, extending warm regards for many more years of impactful leadership.
Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu has served as the governor of Lagos State since 2019, having secured a notable victory in the APC gubernatorial primaries against the incumbent governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, in October 2018.
APC-USA Sanwo-Olu’s At 59
Educated at the University of Lagos, London Business School, Lagos Business School, and the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Sanwo-Olu brings a wealth of academic background to his leadership role.
Before entering politics, Sanwo-Olu distinguished himself as the managing director and CEO of the Lagos State Property Development Corporation.
