The partnership, announced on Monday by Ardova Plc’s Head of Brands and Corporate Communications, Grant Onome, will see Ardova off-take a full range of petroleum products from Dangote Refinery.
While Ardova has been a key off-taker from the refinery since its inception, this new framework strengthens the relationship between the two companies and aims to foster competition and efficiency in the country’s downstream oil and gas sector.

“This framework aligns with President Tinubu’s vision for increased competition and efficiency in the industry, and Ardova will deliver products at competitive prices nationwide,” Onome said.
This development follows the recent commencement of crude oil refining by Dangote Refinery, Port Harcourt Refinery, and Warri Refinery. Dangote Refinery has also entered a partnership with MRS to sell Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) at ₦935 per litre at retail outlets nationwide, following a price reduction to ₦899.50 at its refinery loading gantry.
Dangote emphasized the importance of this partnership in offering affordable petrol to Nigerians, urging other oil marketers, including NNPC Retail, to join efforts in ensuring that Nigerians benefit from high-quality, competitively priced fuel.
“The Dangote Refinery is for the benefit of Nigeria and Nigerians, and we will continue to collaborate with value chain players to provide high-quality products at lower prices,” Dangote stated.
