The Army condemned the act of indiscriminately sharing the photos of soldiers who paid with their own lives in the course of defending and protecting the country from terrorists and criminals.
According to the army, it is totally an unpatriotic and utterly reprehensible act and anybody that is caught in the act will definitely face the law.
“The Nigerian Army strongly condemns the indiscriminate posting on social media of graphic images of personnel who have paid the ultimate price in the service of defending and protecting the nation from its adversaries,” Mr Yerima said in a statement.
While reacting to this, Nigerians on social media regard the statement of Brig-Gen. Muhammed Yerima as a misplaced priority. They also laughed at how impossible the task will be, EKO HOT BLOG gathered.
